🛎️ Your suite could be a 5-10 minute walk from the main village where all the meals take place, and it might feel more like a hike. If you're in the mood for a ride, call the bell staff (they're available 24/7) and they'll take care of you.
🥾 Remember to bring shoes that are good for winter weather.
🏄♀️ Pack a swimsuit if you're feeling lucky—a few randomly chosen rooms will have hot tubs.

Those of you who arrive at the SLC airport before 3pm, go ahead and grab a Lyft/Uber/Cab and head to HQ (362 W. Pierpont Ave. in SLC). If you're arriving after 3pm, you will be picked up from the airport by our shuttle co. and taken directly to Sundance.
The rest of us will head to Sundance in waves. One shuttle group will leave HQ at 3:15pm, and another at 4pm. Be on the lookout for an email about which ride you're in.
Locals who are driving yourselves—the address is 8841 N. Alpine Loop Drive. Check-in starts at 4pm, so feel free to head there when it makes sense to you.
Upon arrival you'll check in and a member of the bell staff will show you to your room. Feel free to relax or explore the grounds, just make your way down to the village by dinnertime.
7pm Dinner + gift exchange in Redford Center
Come hungry! The buffet will have plenty of options for everyone. After we're good and full we'll have our annual White Elephant gift exchange. No need to bring a present—we've already found all the gifts from Big Cartel shops!
Here are a few ideas for how to spend your free time—
🍎 Hungry? Head down to the village for the Sundance Deli or the Foundry Grill. Or if you don't feel like moving, call 801.223.4211 and get something from either spot delivered to your room.
🖌️ Get your art on at the class you signed up for at the Sundance Art Studio.
🎿 Use those free lift passes! Didn't bring any gear? No worries! You can rent everything you'll need from the resort and we'll reimburse you.
📽️ The Sundance Screening Room will be showing Labyrinth at 11am and Alien at 2:30pm. Now's your chance to see these movies on a big screen! The area outside the theatre is also open for playing games and hanging out.
🌿 Take your self care to the next level at the Sundance Spa. Go ahead and pay for your treatment but remember we'll reimburse you $100!
6:45pm Dinner in the Rehearsal Hall
Do you like getting fancy? Do it! Not your thing? Not a problem! When you walk in, find your entrée + name card on the table next to the doors and place it at the seat of your choice. Then go grab a drink from the bar and get ready for some tasty food, a photo booth, and more partying till midnight if you can stay up that late.
9—10:30am Breakfast in the Tree Room
A private buffet will be set up for us in the restaurant. Feel free to come and go as you please.
A couple shuttles are heading straight to the airport, and the rest are going to HQ. No need to check-out with the front desk, just leave your key in your room and be out front by the shuttles at 10:45am.
If you have time to kill before your flight, you're welcome to hang out at HQ, grab a bite, hit up Punch Bowl Social, whatever you'd like until it's time to head home.
